BUSINESS MEETING, ENDORSEMENT ELECTION NOTICE

DEAR CANDIDIATE IN THE NOVEMBER 2011 GENERAL ELECTION:
We are inviting you to ask for our club’s endorsement in the upcoming November election by sending me an e mail or mail me a letter asking for the club’s endorsement. See the attached meeting notice letter.
The club is open for all Democrats to join on this day, or before, for $10.00, which are our annual dues. This will entitle you to join the club, vote on all the endorsements, and these dues will be for 2012. Bring your friends to join and find out what we are all about. Each candidate will be allotted 2 minutes for their speech. We will advertise the endorsements in the newspaper.
The luncheon is $5.00 with a cash bar. See the attached notice.
I you want to join prior to this day, Send checks made out to the Mahoning Valley Democratic club to my address below. Please call me with any questions or additional tickets. The club meets 8 times a year with various speakers in Government at different locations in the valley. We currently have over 280 members.
