Robert A. Coppola
Education/Background:
Born & raised in Lowellville all my life. I am a 1967 graduate of Lowellville High School. I have attended Kent St. and Youngstown St. Universities.
Employment:
My first job was a painter for Coppola Painting which was my father’s company. I worked with him until his retirement in 1984. I continued to work for various contractors until I decided to start may own painting company. I have been a contractor since 1992 until my recent retirement from MasterCoat Painting which I was the president.
I am currently employed at Stateline Paving / Penn Ohio Sealing Company as a project manager and estimator. Besides being a councilman for the Village, I also serve as President of the Mt. Carmel Society of Lowellville.
Family:
I have been married to my wife Joanne for 38 years. We have a daughter Jennifer (Kevin) and a son Robert Jr. (Colleen) and three grandchildren Kevin, Olivia, and Robert Anthony III.

William Flora
Education/Background:
Youngstown State University. B.S. in Law Enforcement Administration Kent State University: Vocational Education Teacher Licensure Program Walsh University, Muskingum College: Graduate level course work in education
Employment:
Currently employed at the Mahoning County Career & Technical Center as an instructor in the Criminal Justice program. (1995-present)
1977-1995: Worked for the Village of Lowellville as a police officer and Chief of Police. Served as Tax Commissioner, Street Commissioner, and Sr. Citizen Transportation program clerk.
Village Council:
Currently serving in my third term as a councilman. Serving as Pres. Pro Tem, Chair of the Ordinance Committee and member of Safety and Claims committee.
Family:
Married 30 years to my wife, Terri (Slaven) Flora Two Daughters: Cassandra (Matt) Bradley of Stow, Ohio who is an English Teacher in Maple Heights School District Christa Flora: Currently in her last year in the Physical Therapy Doctoral program at Youngstown State University.
