As Village Administrator for over 30 years, Phil Alfano oversees the operation of the Village including the the wastewater treatment plant and serves as head of the Street Department. He is responsible for all buildings and grounds, serves as the Village's purchasing agent, manages and operates all equipment, issues permits, serves as the liaison to the County, project engineers, and utility providers, seeks grants and supervises all Village improvement projects.

The Administrator's staff includes one full-time street department employee (Jeff Wildes) and part-time summer employees, one full-time wastewater plant operator (Marty Kemensky), one part-time wastewater plant employee (Till Timms), two part-time secretaries (Rose Stefano and Jeanine Donatelli), a part-time janitor and two wastewater plant consultants.
